The conference will cover all subjects dealing with atmospheric boundary layers and turbulence including observational, modeling, theoretical, and applied studies. The AMS anticipates special sessions with the following themes: boundary layers at high latitudes; boundary layer processes in global and regional climate or weather prediction models; boundary layer clouds; land-surface-PBL coupling; marine boundary layers; CHATS; GABLS; slope flows and precision remote sensing.
