Position: Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities: Ms. Holt is responsible for overseeing office operations and communications. Her specific responsibilities include overseeing document fulfillment and stock maintenance for the Global Change Research Information Office (GCRIO), procuring supplies, maintaining office equipment, assessing equipment requirements and solutions. She manages preparation and distribution of documents for CCSP meetings. She also is liaison to group meetings in the office to ensure that events run smoothly. Ms. Holt supports the CCSPO Director and the Associate Director of Operations in day-to-day activities, including travel, scheduling, and communications within the office and the agencies. She will serve as logistics planner and coordinator for special meetings and workshops.
